As part of the All-on-4® treatment concept, missing teeth can be replaced by a bridge in the area of the edentulous ridge (Alternative: jaw).

This bridge is supported by just four dental implants. This special treatment concept ensures sufficient stability. In addition, generally no additional bone regeneration is needed ,and just one day after the placement of the implants you receive provisional, fixed dentures.

After a healing period of 3 to 6 months, the final bridge is inserted. Once again, you can enjoy life to the fullest and eat whatever you desire.

Both in appearance and function your new custom-designed dentures are almost identical to natural teeth.

Surgery Preparation

Before the operation - a detailed preliminary examination.

Day of the operation: In the morning

Operation begins - The implants are inserted into the jaw according to the three-dimensional planning.

Day of the operation: Midday

The new teeth are attached to the implants. The patient wakes up from the anesthesia with fixed teeth. On the same day it is possible to chew with the new teeth.



A cost-effective solution

For the new dentures only four implants are required in each jaw. Since less implants are required, the cost is lower than for other treatment concepts.

Stable dentures

The special inclination of the posterior implants ensures a safe and stable anchoring of the denture. This generally eliminates the need for bone regeneration.

Shorter treatment duration and immediate care

Usually the primary temporary dentures can be used directly the day after surgery.
